BOSTON, MA (June 21, 2017) — Blue Moon Capital Partners LP (“Blue Moon”), a leading senior housing private equity investor, announced today that Kevin Donahue has joined the firm as Managing Director, Investments responsible for working with Blue Moon’s senior living operating partners to optimize asset level performance. Kevin will also be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day investment management business and is a member of Blue Moon’s Investment Committee.
Kevin joins Blue Moon after 11 years with Benchmark Senior Living, a leading New England operator. At Benchmark, Kevin provided financial and analytical support for the day-to-day operations of the business, oversaw the preparation of annual property level budgets and was involved in underwriting all new developments and acquisitions. Kevin will work directly with Kathryn Sweeney, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer, on behalf of Blue Moon’s senior living fund, Blue Moon Senior Housing I LP (“BMSH I”).
